Conditions:

1. The rent includes:

* Management fee (24 hours security/ maintenance service; 16 hours reception service 100% back up generator);
* Daily housekeeping service (except Sunday); Linen change two times per week.
* Utilities charges i.e. water and electricity within a set limit;
* Telephone monthly subscription fee and Hanoi inner-city normal telephone charge;
* Provision of Car-parking
* The use of other facilities i.e. Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Gymnasium, etc;
* Car transporation for children to school, kindergarten and shopping for wifes within city during 8.00am-5.00pm time frame depending on availability;
* 22 International T.V channels;
* Daily American/Japanese style breakfast ( free of charge for single tenant only);
* Laundry service for underwears ( free of charge for single tenant only);

2. Other expenses and charges i.e. telephone charge out side from Hanoi city, laundry charge,  purifieddrinking water charge etc. are payable as per actual consumption base.;

3. Deposit, equivalent to 2 month rent, is required on signing the Lease;

4. The rent is basically payable 1 month in advance by either USD or VND;

Remark:

1.  We can supply the following services subject to cost:

* Laundry service.
* Purified drinking water.
* Daily American/Japanese style breakfast
* ADSL service ( high speed internet)

2.  This rent was made in January, 2007. It may be changed without prior notice.
